Airtech has announced a new strategic partnership with Escola de Aviação Voe Solo, reinforcing both companies’ commitment to advancing light-sport and amphibious aviation training in Brazil.

As part of the collaboration, Voe Solo has acquired an Aventura 2 amphibious aircraft, which will soon join the school’s growing fleet. The aircraft will be used for private pilot (PP) and CPA training programs, as well as amphibious transition training for already licensed pilots.

The initiative marks an important milestone for Voe Solo as the school positions itself to become a regional reference in aviation education, expanding access to amphibious aviation training in Brazil.

A Modern Training Environment Focused on Excellence

Voe Solo has been investing heavily to establish itself as one of the most complete aviation schools in the interior of São Paulo state. The school features a modern and student-focused infrastructure that includes a state-of-the-art flight simulator, fully equipped classrooms, briefing rooms, air-conditioned accommodations, locker rooms, and a dedicated hangar designed to provide an optimal learning environment.

The facility also offers a VIP lounge dedicated to the comfort and well-being of students and visitors.

Its current fleet includes a Remos GX and two Quasar Lite aircraft manufactured by Aeroálcool. The school’s expansion plans also include the addition of a four-seat Sling TSi equipped for night VFR operations, as well as the newly acquired Aventura 2 amphibious aircraft produced by Airtech.

Founded on Passion and Vision

Voe Solo was founded on November 7, 2023, by entrepreneur Luis Donizete, a businessman from Franca who transformed his passion for boating and aviation into a mission to make aviation more accessible to his city and region.

Driven by innovation and entrepreneurship, Donizete brought modern infrastructure and advanced technology to Franca with the goal of delivering high-quality aviation training. The school’s leadership team also includes Paulo Tavares and Breno Pimenta, who share the vision of raising the standard of regional aviation education.

Through the dedication of its leadership and staff, Voe Solo has quickly become recognized for helping transform business and recreational aviation opportunities throughout Franca and the Lagos do Rio Grande region.

Aventura 2 Strengthens Amphibious Aviation in Brazil

The Aventura 2 is an internationally respected amphibious aircraft platform, with more than 150 units operating worldwide. Known for its reliability, ease of operation, and performance, the aircraft has earned a strong reputation as one of the leading amphibious aircraft in the Light Sport Aircraft (LSA) category.

Now being manufactured in Brazil by Airtech, the Aventura 2 represents a significant step toward strengthening the country’s amphibious aviation sector. The aircraft is currently the only amphibious aircraft in production and commercial distribution in Brazil and is undergoing certification with ANAC.

Among its key advantages are its forgiving handling characteristics, smooth water takeoff and landing capabilities, low operating costs, comfortable cabin, and robust structure — making it ideal for both flight instruction and recreational flying.

The aircraft combines efficiency, accessibility, and enjoyment, creating a compelling platform for the next generation of amphibious pilots in Brazil. Delivery to Voe Solo is expected in April 2026.

Technical Partnership and Long-Term Support

More than a simple aircraft sale, the agreement establishes a long-term technical partnership between Airtech and Voe Solo.

Airtech will provide ongoing technical support, scheduled maintenance assistance, and recurrent technical training to ensure the aircraft remains in optimal operating condition for both instruction and daily operations.

The collaboration is expected to strengthen operational safety, training quality, and confidence among students and instructors while further expanding access to amphibious aviation throughout Brazil.

With this partnership, Airtech continues to reinforce its mission of connecting innovation, aviation education, and the passion for flight — now extending that vision to the skies and waterways of Franca.
