Airtech is proud to announce a strategic and innovative partnership with Looping Light Aviation School, widely recognized as the most active flight school in Brazil!

Located in Atibaia, São Paulo, Looping has a rich history dating back to 1991, when it began as a flying club for friends and aviation enthusiasts. Since receiving ANAC certification in 2012, Looping has established itself as a benchmark in sport and recreational pilot training, expanding its instruction programs to include amphibious aircraft, land aircraft, Trikes, and Gyroplanes — supported by instructors who also serve as ANAC-accredited examiners.

Innovation in Training: Brazil’s First Amphibious Private Pilot Course

The true innovation behind this partnership lies in the combination of an ALE-Special certified amphibious aircraft with an ANAC-approved flight school. This unprecedented collaboration will make possible the creation of Brazil’s very first Amphibious Private Pilot Course.

A milestone for Brazilian light aviation, the program will open the doors to a new generation of pilots trained to operate seamlessly both on water and on land with equal confidence and proficiency. For this pioneering initiative, the aircraft selected is the Aventura 2.

Aventura 2: The Trusted Aircraft for a New Era of Amphibious Aviation

Already established in the market for more than 20 years as one of the longest-operating amphibious aircraft in its category, the Aventura 2 was the natural choice for this groundbreaking program. Its reputation for durability, reliability, and versatility makes it the ideal platform for high-level flight instruction.

To ensure the Aventura 2 remains at the forefront of technology, the aircraft is currently undergoing an extensive modernization program covering multiple areas, including the wings, canopy, tail assembly, and instrument panel.

The project, already certified in the United States, is now in an advanced stage of certification with ANAC in Brazil. Delivery of the first ANAC-certified Aventura 2 aircraft for the training program is expected in the second half of 2025 — marking the beginning of a new era in amphibious pilot training in Brazil.
